Partnership Manager — UK
Impact: Grow affiliate and creator partnerships in the UK with compliant activations and clean reporting.
Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and onboard partners (affiliates, creators, communities).
- Run compliant campaigns; align with trading rules and brand tone.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline, and weekly reporting.
- Coordinate codes, assets, and tracking with marketing ops.
- Monitor ROI and optimize placements and messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years in partnerships/affiliate or B2C growth.
- Strong written communication; clear, direct style.
- Comfort with data (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROI).
- Based in UK or overlap UK hours.

- Experience in trading/fintech education.
Partnership Manager — Germany
Impact: Build and manage German-market partners with compliant messaging and accurate tracking.
Responsibilities
- Identify DE creators/communities; negotiate placements.
- Localize assets; ensure clarity around rules and payouts.
- Track performance; maintain clean CRM and forecasts.
- Run regular partner reviews; optimize offers and content.
- Coordinate with support/billing for smooth payouts.
Requirements
- Native/fluency in German; excellent English.
- Partnerships/affiliate experience (2+ years).
- Comfort with ROI reporting and attribution.
- Based in Germany or CET-friendly.
Partnership Manager — Italy
Impact: Grow our Italian partner network responsibly with clear offers and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard Italian partners.
- Localize creative and ensure compliant claims.
- Maintain dashboards; share weekly updates.
- Test offers, landing pages, and funnel steps.
- Coordinate with content team for partner assets.
Requirements
- Italian fluency; strong English.
- Affiliate/partnerships experience.
- Organized, numbers-literate, proactive.

Partnership Manager — Vietnam
Impact: Develop partnerships across VN creator and trader communities with clear, localized comms.
Responsibilities
- Build a VN partner pipeline; qualify for fit and reach.
- Launch compliant collaborations; track performance.
- Keep CRM tidy; maintain weekly reporting cadence.
- Align partner messaging with platform rules.
- Work cross-functionally on creatives and promos.
Requirements
- Vietnamese and English proficiency.
- Affiliate/partnerships or BD background.
- Analytical and organized; proactive communicator.
- VN-based or ICT overlap.
Customer Support Specialist — Vietnam
Impact: Provide timely, accurate help across tickets and chat with empathy and discipline.
Responsibilities
- Meet ticket SLAs; resolve issues or route effectively.
- Explain rules, payouts, and account actions clearly.
- Document FAQs; flag recurring issues to product.
- Collaborate with billing for clean payout workflows.
- Support occasional weekend rotations.
Requirements
- Vietnamese + English; excellent writing.
- 1–2 years in customer support or ops.
- Calm, precise, and reliable under pressure.
- ICT hours coverage.
Customer Support Specialist — Germany
Impact: Deliver excellent German-language support with precise rule guidance and reliable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Handle tickets/chat in German and English.
- Clarify account statuses, rules, and payouts.
- Maintain accurate notes and handovers in CRM.
- Spot trends; collaborate on better help content.
- Cover CET hours; occasional weekends.
Requirements
- Fluent German; strong written English.
- Customer support background (fintech a plus).
- Detail-oriented; confident communicator.
- CET availability.
Content Creator — English Speaking
Impact: Plan, script, and produce YouTube + short-form content with brand-consistent clarity.
Responsibilities
- Develop content calendar aligned to launches and FAQs.
- Write scripts; record or direct talent; edit to spec.
- Create shorts/snippets; package thumbnails/titles.
- Maintain brand consistency; disclose clearly.
- Measure performance; iterate on data.
Requirements
- Strong English and on-camera or editing portfolio.
- YT + short-form experience; basic motion skills.
- Comfort with deadlines and feedback cycles.
- Understanding of trading/fintech helpful.
